Welcome to Nusa Catering, where culinary passion meets creativity in the heart of Brisbane. I am Liana, a lifelong lover of cooking, who inherited my skills and inspirations from my talented mother and grandmother.

From a young age, I found joy and fulfillment in the kitchen, mesmerizing friends and family with my tantalizing creations. Now, my ultimate aspiration is to introduce the remarkable fusion of Indonesian cuisine with a delightful Western twist, bringing a new wave of flavors to the vibrant city of Brisbane.
Since my relocation to Brisbane, I have observed that Indonesian food is not showcased as prominently as other Asian culinary delights. With a burning desire to redefine the local food industry, I am thrilled to embark on this exciting journey, captivating taste buds and taking Brisbane on a unique gastronomic adventure.
